Directions

In a large size Ziploc® brand bag, shake to combine paprika, chili powder, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.

Open your Ziploc® brand bag and add steaks to the dry rub. Seal the bag and shake until steaks are coated with dry rub. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight, for better results).

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from bag and grill for 5 minutes a side for medium doneness.
